Electrician

About the role

We are looking for a qualified electrician to install, maintain and repair electrical systems for both residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will work on a variety of sites, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with codes.

Key responsibilities

• Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes.
• Install underground wiring, cables and splice connections.
• Design and construct low‑voltage (30‑750 V) multiphase services for new installations.
• Test voltage, loads, ground faults and verify circuit integrity.
• Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults across residential and commercial settings.
• Install power generation, standby power and conditioning systems.
• Ground and bond equipment, pools and hot‑tubs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and instruct apprentices.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail, client focus and teamwork.
