About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor to lead maintenance activities across our mill in New Brunswick. The role involves overseeing both electrical and instrumentation teams, ensuring safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mill‑wide equipment and machinery.
Work rotating shifts, including days, nights or a combination.
Supervise, train and direct maintenance personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

Journeyman Electrical licence or equivalent technical degree/diploma in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
Supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
Commitment to safety and ability to diagnose, repair and maintain equipment.
Bilingual French required; English is an asset.

Required skills

Knowledge of industrial Drives.
Experience with PLC systems.
Familiarity with DCS platforms.
