Education Coordinator – Bilingual French/English

About the role

The Scholars personalized tutoring franchise is seeking a bilingual French/English Education Coordinator to lead the educational side of its Stittsville tutoring centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure high‑quality instruction for students from junior kindergarten through Grade 8 and support the centre’s operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day educational operations, including scheduling small‑group tutoring (max 3:1 ratio).
• Manage student assessments, progress reports, and individualized learning plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and students to monitor progress and adjust programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager on staffing, curriculum alignment, and learning camp preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ontario’s curriculum standards.

Required profile

• Passion for helping students succeed and strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Experience working with students, preferably in a tutoring or classroom setting.
• Good understanding of Ontario’s curriculum and school system.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to teach students from JK to Grade 8 in English and French.
