E‑Business Faculty – Bachelor of Business Administration

About the role

Alexander College seeks a dynamic faculty member to develop and deliver courses for a new Bachelor of Business Administration in E‑Business Management. The role involves teaching advanced e‑business, e‑commerce, digital marketing, AI applications, and web analytics to undergraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update curriculum for 300‑ and 400‑level e‑business courses.
• Deliver lectures, seminars, and labs on digital marketing, AI‑driven operations, and data analytics.
• Engage in scholarly activity, including research publications and conference presentations.
• Participate in program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with industry partners and professional associations.

Required profile

• PhD in Business Administration or a Master’s in Commerce/Business Administration with an e‑business focus.
• Proven experience teaching upper‑level undergraduate courses.
• Significant industry experience in e‑business or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated scholarly activity in relevant topics.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
