Early Morning Fill Crew Associate

About the role

The Fill Crew Associate works early mornings to move products from the warehouse onto the sales floor efficiently. You will be part of a friendly team in a diverse, inclusive environment, helping customers while learning on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, report low stock, and handle paperwork daily.
• Place product and overstock in appropriate locations and assist with pricing labels.
• Maintain a clean work area, dispose of garbage and cardboard, and follow health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, use ladders and reach for up to 8‑hour shifts.

Required skills

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Skyjack (scissor lift) certification (asset).
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
