E-Learning Developer (Articulate Storyline & Rise) – Remote (Canada)

About the role
Our client, a Canada‑based learning and development organization, is seeking an experienced E‑Learning Developer proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise. The role is fully remote, freelance, and involves project‑to‑project work on engaging learning modules.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain SCORM/xAPI‑compliant e‑learning courses using Articulate 360.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create interactive content and activities.
- Assemble multimedia assets into engaging learning modules.
- Ensure compatibility with multiple LMS and LCMS platforms and set up meaningful reporting.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct quality‑assurance testing.
- Communicate progress regularly with project managers, clients and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing e‑learning courses with Articulate 360.
- Based in Canada and able to work EST hours (9 AM‑5 PM).
- Own laptop and Articulate 360 license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
