About the role
Core Drywall Ltd. is hiring a drywall installer to work on projects in Calgary, Alberta. The position is permanent, full‑time and focuses on installing and finishing drywall for residential and commercial builds.
Key responsibilities
- Apply successive coats of joint compound and sand seams and joints.
- Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks using a trowel and broad knife.
- Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets.
- Smooth excess compound and allow it to dry.
- Tape over joints with a taping machine and embed the tape in compound.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of drywall installation experience.
