About the role
Join Yes Drywall Services as a Drywall Installer working on both commercial and residential projects in Surrey. You will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing plaster and drywall surfaces in a fast‑paced, dusty environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster on walls and ceilings.
- Clean and prepare surfaces before installation.
- Finish corners, angles, and create decorative designs when required.
- Smooth excess compound, allow it to dry, and cure freshly plastered surfaces.
- Prepare wall and ceiling layouts for accurate installation.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of drywall or plastering experience.
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lb).
- Bondable with a clear criminal record check.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work and a team‑player attitude.
