About the role
The Dozer Operator will join G&S Gill trucking LTD in Edmonton, performing essential heavy‑equipment tasks on construction and transport sites. This full‑time, permanent position involves operating a dozer and related machinery in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, to load, unload and move materials.
- Conduct pre‑operational checks, cleaning, lubricating and refilling equipment tanks.
- Maintain equipment readiness by performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Work on‑road and on‑site to support construction and transport operations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Physically capable of handling demanding, fast‑paced work conditions.
Required skills
- Heavy equipment operation.
- Pre‑operational equipment checks.
- Equipment cleaning, lubrication and refilling.
