Dock Operator & Driver Positions – Mississauga

About the role

We are hiring Dock Operators for afternoon shifts, AZ Drivers for city‑day and long‑haul routes, and Owner Operators at our Mississauga terminal. All positions are full‑time and involve operating trucks or handling dock duties.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dock equipment and handle freight during 8½‑hour afternoon shifts (12 pm‑12 am).
• Drive assigned routes, including city‑day runs, long‑haul trips covering 11,000+ miles per month, and owner‑operator deliveries.
• Maintain logs and paperwork for drops, picks, and border crossings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Valid commercial driver’s licence (CDL) for driver positions.
• Ability to work full‑time schedules, including 11‑12‑hour shifts.
• Experience in long‑haul trucking preferred.

Required skills

• Truck operation and safety compliance.
• Dock handling and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of border‑crossing procedures.
