Dishwasher – Restaurant Kitchen Support

Join the team at O‑Sho Japanese Restaurant as a Dishwasher, providing essential support to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and are eager to learn on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and manually clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Transport clean dishes and utensils to serving areas, set tables, and replenish condiments.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, chairs, and the overall dining area.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and handle food packaging for take‑out orders.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Flexible availability for shift or on‑call work, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and handle kitchen cleaning equipment safely.

Required skills

• Dishwasher operation and basic equipment handling.
• Food safety, sanitation, and proper cleaning procedures.
