Dishwasher – Hospitality Operations

About the role

Join Pursuit’s hospitality team as a Dishwasher, supporting our iconic lodges and attractions. You will keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, pre‑wash, load, and unload dishwashers, applying pre‑soak solutions as needed.
• Store flatware, glassware, plates, and cooking ware properly after cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, sinks, stoves, and refrigeration units.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and dry at all times.
• Remove garbage and recycling to designated bins.
• Assist line cooks with food prep or line production during non‑dishwashing periods.
• Support a calm, efficient work environment during high‑volume periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Dependable, energetic, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Willingness to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Consent to a criminal record check.
