About the role
We are looking for a reliable dishwasher to join our team at Buffet Royale Carvery in Edmonton. The role involves maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the food service team during busy periods. Shift options include day, evening and weekend hours, and the location is easily reachable by public transportation.
Key responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware and flatware.
- Sort and store cleaned items in the designated storage area.
- Scrub pots, pans and other cookware as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Remove kitchen waste and trash regularly.
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a safe workplace.
Required profile
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lb).
