About the role

Join the kitchen team at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort as a Dishwasher. This full‑time position supports a busy culinary operation by keeping dishes, utensils and cookware clean and ready for service. It offers a hands‑on introduction to a professional kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and ensure all items are clean and ready for use.
• Hand‑wash pots, pans and kitchen tools as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized and sanitized dish and prep areas.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning tasks when requested.
• Follow food safety, health regulations and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in doing the job well.
• Works well under pressure and can adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Enjoys being part of a close‑knit kitchen team and follows direction from chefs and supervisors.
• Functional English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
