About the role
ABB offers an 18-month rotational Discovery Program for early-career talent, based in Saint-Laurent and ending with the Electrification Smart Power division. The program develops sales and leadership skills and ABB product knowledge across three rotations in the engineering, production and supply chain departments. It includes a June orientation with all participants, mentorship from rotation managers and access to professional development such as webinars.
Required profile
- Completed university studies in electrical or mechanical engineering before the start of the program
- Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date
- Work authorization to work for ABB in Canada and availability to travel to any of its Canadian sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French; French is required, and English is needed regularly to communicate with customers outside Quebec
