Director, Product Operations - Disputes Modernization & Customer Migration

About the role

Mastercard is seeking senior leaders to drive its next‑generation disputes modernization strategy. The Director, Product Operations will own the end‑to‑end migration of customers from legacy dispute platforms to modern API‑based and user‑interface solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration initiatives aligned with Mastercard’s disputes modernization roadmap.
• Develop migration approaches, readiness criteria, governance models, success metrics and detailed implementation plans.
• Build migration roadmaps that reflect customer objectives, operational requirements and business priorities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies and adoption outcomes throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Partner with issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs and internal teams as a trusted advisor, guiding planning, assessment, onboarding, optimization and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven program leadership experience in large‑scale customer migration or transformation programs.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience building scalable processes, playbooks and governance frameworks for global initiatives.
