Director of Programs and Partnerships

About the role

The Rideau Hall Foundation is seeking a bilingual Director of Programs and Partnerships to lead its national portfolio of initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Impact Officer, you will shape strategy, oversee program delivery, and build collaborative relationships across public, private, and philanthropic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a suite of national programs and partnerships.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve existing and new initiatives to align with organizational priorities.
• Manage a team of program managers, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders in government, business, NGOs, and academia.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate impact, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent bilingual (English/French) communicator.
• Proven experience leading multi‑stakeholder programs in the non‑profit or public sector.
• Strong judgment, adaptability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for advancing youth and community outcomes across Canada.
