Director of Commercial Services

About the role

The Director of Commercial Services will lead the Vancouver branch of Bosch Building Technologies North America, overseeing the Project Management Office, Design & Estimation, and Inside Sales functions. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will have full financial accountability and be responsible for delivering complex technology projects while maintaining the highest level of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a high‑performing Commercial Services team covering PMO, Design/Estimation and Inside Sales.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison for clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure best‑in‑class project management discipline, governance, tracking and quality controls.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for the branch, including revenue generation, cost containment and budget variance analysis.
• Oversee bid and tender processes, vendor selection and procurement risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with centralized Innovation Hubs, Operations, Strategic Sales, Technology and Service.
• Align all cyber‑security processes with Bosch BT NA policy.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve complaints and manage collection issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial services, project delivery or related fields.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work strategically with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
