Director, Learning Programs & Growth Strategy

About the role
We are seeking a strategic learning leader to shape and expand a high‑impact professional learning portfolio for a rapidly evolving workforce. The Director will drive the design, delivery and growth of diverse training solutions while contributing directly to revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for a broad suite of learning programs across live virtual, webinars, podcasts, in‑person workshops, certificate tracks and on‑demand blended formats.
- Manage a high‑volume pipeline of initiatives, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and full P&L accountability.
- Build and nurture relationships with external facilitators, instructors and subject‑matter experts in technology, AI, HR, leadership and business operations.
- Identify emerging market trends and create revenue‑generating learning opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and develop a collaborative learning‑programs team.
- Partner with marketing, operations, sales and senior leadership to ensure successful program execution and audience engagement.
- Maintain expertise in adult‑learning principles, learner engagement and evolving training technologies.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in learning & development, professional education or continuing education.
- Proven track record of managing revenue‑generating training programs with direct P&L responsibility.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Excellent networking, stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies and multi‑channel content delivery.
- Experience sourcing and collaborating with subject‑matter experts across multiple disciplines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
