Director – Large‑Scale Sales & Operations

About the role

The Director will lead large‑scale sales and operations activities for a major support function within Desjardins Group. Reporting to the Vice‑President, you will shape strategic priorities, manage talent, and ensure high member and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Vice‑President in defining and communicating strategic priorities.
• Develop and implement the administrative unit’s business plan aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee performance management, reporting, and change‑management initiatives.
• Drive talent attraction, retention, skills development, and diversity initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of service offerings and successful execution of entrusted projects.
• Continuously improve processes and promote Desjardins’ cooperative values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or a comparable senior role.
• Fluent in French.
• Strategic mindset with strong business insight and customer focus.
