Director – Large‑Scale Sales & Operations

About the role

The Director will leverage deep sector knowledge to lead large‑scale sales and operations activities for Desjardins Group. Reporting to the Vice‑President, you will shape strategic priorities, manage a high‑performing team and ensure member and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Vice‑President in defining and communicating strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute the administrative department’s business plan, aligning action plans with performance‑management goals.
• Establish management and communication practices that drive change management, talent attraction, retention, skills development, employee engagement and diversity.
• Define, implement and monitor service‑related activities to maximise business results and client satisfaction.
• Manage individual and team performance to deliver on the business plan.
• Continuously improve processes within your responsibility.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values and represent the organisation in business‑intelligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
• Fluent in French and expert proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated strategic mindset, talent development, results‑driven attitude and ability to work in a diverse, collaborative environment.
