About the role

The Digital Strategist & Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s digital marketing initiatives and client engagement strategies within a luxury retail environment. This role blends creative storytelling, high‑end brand positioning, and data‑driven performance tracking to boost brand awareness, client acquisition, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, SEO rankings and digital analytics to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners and brand representatives for campaign planning and execution.
• Oversee website content strategy, SEO optimisation, landing pages and overall digital user experience.
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across digital and print channels.
• Create editorial‑style content for social media, email marketing, website campaigns and promotional materials.
• Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Engage online audiences while preserving a refined brand voice and support influencer partnerships.
• Coordinate in‑store events, trunk shows and community collaborations to drive showroom traffic.
• Analyse marketing data, consumer behaviour and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a luxury or premium retail setting.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for high‑quality brand presentation.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative approach, working closely with sales teams, agencies and brand partners.
