Digital Project Manager – Medical Communications

About the role

Red Nucleus is hiring a Digital Project Manager to join our global team. This hybrid role is based out of our Toronto, ON office and works with the Medical Communications Canada team, delivering digital and mobile projects for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects from concept to launch, ensuring they stay on budget and schedule.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, estimates and related documentation.
• Prioritize deliverables, delegate tasks to multidisciplinary teams (UX, medical content, design, animation, development, QA) and enforce project schedules.
• Communicate expectations internally and externally, lead client update meetings and address project queries.
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, devise contingency plans and track issues.
• Assist in developing and enhancing production SOPs and serve as escalation point for internal and external issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience in an interactive agency or similar environment.
• Proven success delivering client‑facing digital projects on time and on budget.
• Hands‑on background with web or mobile development processes, including HTML5, Unity, iOS and Android.
• Experience leading projects in Scrum or Agile settings; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and online PM platforms.
