About the role

Scotlynn is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team and drive brand awareness across multiple online channels. The role focuses on creating, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns that support business growth and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and display advertising.
• Create promotional content and coordinate media buying to align with business objectives.
• Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROI insights and adjust strategies in a fast‑changing environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Post‑secondary education in digital media, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an ambiguous setting.
