Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Brand Vision, a Toronto‑based web design, branding and marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop content and brand strategies for multiple client accounts and its own properties. The role combines content creation, research, and limited paid‑media support in an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce content for client accounts and Brand Vision’s brands, including SEO blog programs, website copy, brand messaging, and ad/social copy.
• Conduct client interviews and light research or surveys to gather expertise and data, translating findings into briefs, messaging and content plans.
• Support a small number of Google Ads and Meta accounts and organic social efforts by drafting copy, planning calendars, scheduling posts and performing basic optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with SEO leads to ensure content aligns with account strategy and contribute insights to client reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting or brand strategy, preferably in an agency or multi‑client setting.
• Excellent writing skills across long‑form, web, brand messaging and social formats, demonstrated by a portfolio.
• Strong brand thinking with the ability to define positioning, audience and voice.
• Fluent use of AI writing tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta sufficient to manage small accounts with oversight.
• Effective written and verbal communication, capable of leading client conversations and presenting strategy.
