About the role
Join McDonald’s Toronto corporate office as a Digital Marketing & CRM Consultant on a 12‑month contract. You will help shape and execute data‑driven, customer‑focused campaigns across email, push, in‑app messaging and the website, driving deeper relationships and higher lifetime value for Canadian fans.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Manager of Digital Marketing in creating and launching CRM and owned‑channel strategies.
- Manage the in‑app personalization roadmap in partnership with global and technology teams.
- Collaborate with loyalty, media, creative and brand teams to build integrated digital campaign plans.
- Work with agencies and insights teams to analyse best practices and translate them into actionable optimisations.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, track timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Monitor digital trends, platform updates and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in CRM, digital customer engagement or campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
