DevOps Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & SRE Leadership

About the role

Join a high‑impact engineering team as a DevOps Manager for a SaaS organization. You will lead the strategy and execution of scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure, modernising legacy systems into cloud‑native architectures on Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud infrastructure strategy across Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Lead a SRE/DevOps team, driving reliability engineering, incident management and GitOps‑based CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed AI‑driven automation into DevOps workflows to improve efficiency and predictive operations.
• Ensure strong observability using tools such as Datadog and maintain SLAs/SLOs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to eliminate downtime and support secure DevSecOps pipelines.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Azure, Terraform and production‑scale Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership managing SRE/DevOps teams with a focus on reliability and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong background in monitoring, observability and maintaining platform performance.
• Experience modernising legacy infrastructure with zero‑downtime migration strategies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
