DevOps Engineer / CI/CD Specialist (Hands-On)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on CI/CD Specialist to design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for Java‑based enterprise applications. The role is focused on day‑to‑day pipeline development, automation, and troubleshooting across Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Implement pipeline‑as‑code with Groovy, YAML, and shell scripts.
• Automate build, test, and packaging workflows with Maven and Gradle.
• Support development teams with Git branching strategies and pull‑request workflows.
• Create and maintain Docker images for deployments.
• Operate CI/CD workflows on GCP and Azure, including deployment and configuration of applications.
• Maintain non‑production environments for stability and availability.
• Write automation scripts in Python and shell.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and assist developers with environment issues.
• Document pipelines, processes, and runbooks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong background in Java build processes and Linux environments.
• Experience working in structured, enterprise‑level settings.
