DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will act as a CI/CD Automation Specialist to drive enterprise infrastructure modernization. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines, developing Python automation and integrating vulnerability reporting into the delivery workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy shared libraries.
• Create Python‑based automation and API integrations for vulnerability reporting and operational workflows.
• Support release automation, deployment orchestration and continuous integration processes across Linux and containerised environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, deployment and operational activities using Ansible, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes and Rancher.
• Troubleshoot and optimise CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards and automation best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in CI/CD and release engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently and coordinate with global, distributed teams.
• Experience in regulated or financial services environments is a plus.
