Designated Sales Associate – Women’s Footwear (Roger Vivier)

About the role

The Designated Sales Associate for Women’s Footwear will represent the Roger Vivier brand within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment. You will build lasting client relationships, drive brand sales, and deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, nurturing, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and selling managers to support brand initiatives.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments.
• Participate in all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with personal clients via phone, email, and mail.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based luxury retail environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and confident.
