Designated Beauty Advisor – Penhaligon

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for Penhaligon at Holt Renfrew will build lasting relationships with luxury clientele, driving sales and brand loyalty in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Share expert product knowledge with the broader store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and store management on merchandising, events, and assortment recommendations.
• Participate in all training sessions, product seminars, and brand events.
• Maintain visual standards, perform floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based, luxury retail sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
