Business Development Coordinator

About the role

The Business Development Coordinator is the operational engine behind Farmboy's business development function. This role ensures that the BD team can focus on relationship building while the coordinator manages lead qualification, CRM integrity, pipeline reporting, outreach execution, proposal coordination, and meeting logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound lead qualification and intake, logging and routing inquiries promptly to avoid missed opportunities.
• Maintain full‑pipeline CRM hygiene in Salesforce, keeping contact records, deal stages, activity logs, and follow‑up deadlines accurate.
• Produce weekly pipeline reports for the BD Lead and Creative Director, highlighting movement, stalls, and required actions.
• Execute outreach campaigns to target accounts, drafting communications, tracking responses, and recording activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate all BD meeting logistics, including venue, invitations, materials, calendar management, and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Assemble and maintain proposal documents, capability summaries, and case studies, collaborating with the delivery team for up‑to‑date inputs.
• Research target accounts and prospective clients to provide contextual information for personalized outreach.
• Support continuous improvement of BD systems, identifying gaps and proposing process enhancements.
