As an Associate Sales Representative at PERGOLUX, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, driving revenue growth by qualifying leads and delivering exceptional service across phone, chat, and email. You will guide customers through their buying journey and help expand the brand’s presence in the outdoor living market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live customer communication channels including phone, chat, and email to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into orders while actively creating accurate quotes.
• Execute targeted outbound follow‑up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers.
• Utilize the phone as your primary daily tool to guide customers seamlessly through their buying journey.
• Maintain flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to the needs of a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
