Demolition Foreman

About the role

Certified Demolition Inc. is seeking a dedicated Demolition Foreman to lead on‑site demolition projects in Edmonton. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity on a variety of construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve work‑related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and quality.
• Prepare production reports and coordinate scheduling with other supervisors or managers.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations, including CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS, are strictly followed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to guide demolition activities.
• Supervise a crew of 5‑10 labourers, arrange training, and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and ability to work under pressure.
• Personal protective equipment such as hard hat and steel‑toed safety boots.
