About the role
We are looking for a Delivery Drivers Supervisor to lead our team of drivers at Sarai Xpress Trucking Inc. in Mississauga. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving productivity improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise delivery drivers, coordinate schedules, and monitor performance.
- Provide technical advice, resolve work problems, and ensure product quality.
- Train staff, arrange training sessions, and recommend personnel actions.
- Coordinate repairs, rentals, and order necessary materials and equipment.
- Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in trucking or transportation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and be a team player.
- Basic security clearance and clean criminal record check.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
