Delivery Drivers Supervisor

About the role

The Delivery Drivers Supervisor will lead a team of delivery drivers, ensuring safe, on‑time deliveries across the service area. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Québec and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of delivery drivers.
• Monitor driver performance, safety compliance, and vehicle condition.
• Manage schedules, route planning, and adjustments for early‑morning, evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Conduct regular driver briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and management to resolve delivery issues.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience supervising delivery or transportation teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record (abstract required).
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• No formal education required.
