Delivery Driver – Automotive Parts Store

About the role

Uni-Select is looking for a delivery driver for its expanding team in St-Félix-de-Valois, QC. The selected person will be dynamic, customer-focused, autonomous and bring experience in the automotive spare parts sector. No experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare orders from the transport ticket and deliver them within the time limits set by the dispatcher
• Check goods for quality and accuracy before accepting delivery, and inspect them with customers before signing off
• Plan daily pickups of cores, returns and warranties so they do not disrupt deliveries
• Follow electronic delivery principles and record all deliveries and pickups accurately, with proper documents
• Report customer complaints quickly to the dispatcher or store manager
• Check vehicle fluids, tire condition and cleanliness daily, and drive safely according to traffic laws
• Take part in periodic accounts and the annual store inventory, and may help with customer service, cleaning and stocking

Required profile

• No experience required
• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
