About the role
The Delicatessen Department Manager will oversee daily operations of the deli area in a busy supermarket. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain product quality and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations of the delicatessen department.
- Plan, organize, and schedule staff duties.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar retail/grocery setting.
- Experience working in a supermarket or grocery store environment.
