About the role
The Data Processing Control Clerk ensures accurate entry, transfer, and maintenance of critical data within an industrial environment. This onsite position supports warehouse and production teams by handling shipping documentation and performing routine office duties.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and register documents for data entry.
- Enter data into specified formats and transfer data between software systems.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all entered information.
- Store, update, and maintain databases, including regular backup procedures.
- Perform general office tasks such as preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
- Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to relocate to an industrial facility.
- Own transportation and a valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity for repetitive tasks.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with SAP modules (FI/CO, HR, MM, OT, SD).
- Windows operating system.
- Word processing and desktop publishing software.
- Spreadsheet applications.
