About the role
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support a company‑wide ERP transition in Burnaby. This short‑term contract role involves transferring and validating data from spreadsheets into a newly implemented ERP system, ensuring high accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities
- Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into the new ERP system.
- Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established data‑entry procedures and guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to confirm correct entry.
- Provide general administrative support related to the ERP implementation.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of administrative, data‑entry, or office experience.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
- Comfortable navigating between spreadsheets and software systems.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and reliably.
- Organized and capable of performing repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks.
