About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Typist to support our AI‑powered job search platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in Canada, ensuring that job, company, and operational data are accurate, up‑to‑date, and well‑organized.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update job, company, and operational information into our systems.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data.
• Perform routine data validation and quality checks.
• Organize digital records according to established procedures.
• Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams.
• Handle user and company information with care and confidentiality.
• Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing speed with excellent spelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow documented processes and work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely within Canada.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
