Key responsibilities

• Enter and update job, company, and operational information into the system.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data.
• Perform routine data validation and quality checks.
• Organise digital records according to established procedures.
• Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams.
• Handle user and company information with confidentiality.
• Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing, spelling, and data‑entry abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools.
• Ability to follow documented processes and work independently.
• Ability to work remotely within Canada.
