About the role
The Data and Insights Analyst will support the Desautels Faculty of Management’s digital marketing and recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation, you will translate data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance and enrollment outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with marketing, recruitment, IT and project teams to define data needs and priorities.
- Establish tracking and reporting standards for campaigns across Salesforce CRM, Power BI and digital advertising platforms.
- Audit and monitor data quality, resolve issues, and ensure reliable data flows.
- Develop dashboards and reports that visualize performance of marketing and recruitment activities.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for budget allocation, channel effectiveness and new campaign opportunities.
- Create and maintain a data roadmap and documentation for compliance and best practices.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in performance marketing, consumer metrics and statistical analysis.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments and communicating complex findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus on data initiatives.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM (including Account Engagement/Pardot)
- Power BI for data visualization
- Data analysis and statistical modeling
- Data quality monitoring and data pipeline management
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and advertising analytics
