Data Analyst - Workforce Management

About the role

Global Excel Management is hiring a Data Analyst focused on Workforce Management in Sherbrooke, Quebec. You will work closely with business leaders to analyse workforce and operational data, identify trends and build reporting solutions that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify reporting and analytics requirements across business units
• Analyse trends and compare results against historical data
• Compile and present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Develop and maintain standardised production reports and dashboards
• Determine KPIs and metrics to support forecasting
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to close reporting gaps

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
• At least five years of relevant data analysis experience
• Familiarity with contact centre operations, travel insurance and business operations, and bilingualism (French and English) are assets

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills
• Data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and Python
• Ability to handle complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
