About the role
Jobright is looking for a recent graduate to join its team as a Data Analyst. In this role you will work closely with both internal product teams and external clients, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive the performance of AI‑powered job search agents.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate data analysis into client and internal workflows to support AI agent decision‑making.
- Produce timely, custom reports and visualisations for product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to data‑related requests, presenting complex findings in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with a manager and team members to refine data models and improve agent performance.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data trends to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of statistics, data‑analysis methodologies and basic AI/ML concepts.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- R programming.
- SQL for database management and data modelling.
