Data Analyst – Excel & Power BI

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive stakeholder alignment and enable data‑driven decisions using advanced Excel, Power BI and solid data analysis techniques. You will work closely with business partners to translate requirements into actionable reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders, define KPIs and design reporting solutions.
• Analyze and validate data, producing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Build and automate interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Perform basic data modelling, profiling and data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Map current and target data states to support migration and integration efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
• Experience creating KPI‑based reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Power BI with DAX and data modelling capabilities.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Fundamental understanding of data quality concepts and data profiling.
