Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑centric Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale journey for our APAC clients. You will guide customers through onboarding, ensure successful implementation, and act as their main point of contact once they are live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete onboarding journey, coordinating internal project teams to deliver requirements on time.
• Serve as escalation point for client issues, collaborating with technical and product support to resolve them swiftly.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedule meetings, set agendas and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor customer KPIs, prepare regular performance reviews and present data‑driven insights.
• Represent the customer’s voice in business reviews and product planning, influencing roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management or Project Management, preferably SaaS/B2B.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Thai is a plus.
• Willingness to work hours overlapping with Canada time zones.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Success platforms and CRM software.
• Background in technical implementation, onboarding or client training.
