Customer Success Manager – Credit Risk Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Credit Risk team. In this client‑facing position you will help customers adopt and maximise the value of Mastercard’s credit risk analytics solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to build internal expertise on Mastercard credit risk products.
• Project‑manage the implementation of new and complex solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure clear, consistent communication.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on credit risk analytics and guide effective implementation.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities to demonstrate solution value to prospective customers.
• Represent the customer’s voice within Mastercard and serve as the primary point of contact.

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities to support customer adoption.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical credit risk concepts into clear business outcomes.
