About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and deliver exceptional support in a fast‑paced printing environment. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately
- Verify pricing and coordinate with production teams
- Track orders and ensure on‑time delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person
- Provide order updates and resolve issues
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Support sales and internal teams as needed
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or order management experience
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Mandatory experience in the printing industry, especially flexographic (flexo) processes
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of flexographic printing processes
