Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) supports North American client accounts from order entry through delivery, ensuring a customer‑centric experience. You will handle inquiries, manage logistics, and maintain accurate records while applying the company’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and manage customer accounts across Canada and the United States, from order entry to on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and communicate with transportation partners.
• Respond promptly and courteously to phone and email inquiries about orders, product information, and shipment status.
• Resolve customer complaints, taking ownership of satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain detailed account records and document all communications.
• Enter orders accurately into Anatolia’s system, monitor stock, back‑orders, and update customers on any changes.
• Provide support to the Customer Experience Team and assist with special projects as needed.
• Learn and apply Anatolia’s business processes and policies in daily tasks.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required); post‑secondary education is an asset.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or building‑materials.
• Bilingual French is a plus.
• Experience with logistics, shipping, or receiving is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, results‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high emotional maturity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP considered an asset).
